Terms & Conditions of the Sale

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order if there’s a problem with inventory or if there’s an issue with your FFL dealer.

  • We reserve the right to require additional time to process your order. Examples: Holidays, weekends, inclement weather, unusually high order volume, shipping delays, etc.

Payments & Tax

  • NOTE: Gunbroker collects sales tax on all orders. This cannot be removed from your order.

  • All major credit cards are accepted, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

  • If you’d like to arrange payment by cashier’s check or money order, let us know. *NO PERSONAL CHECKS*

Know Your State Laws

  • It is your responsibility to know your city/state laws. Please make sure what you are buying is legal to own in your state.

  • If an order cannot be completed due to your state laws, the order will be canceled and will be subject to our cancellation and restocking fee of 20%.

Shipping

  1. When you order ships you will get an email with a tracking number, It will be sent to the email you have on file with your gun broker account. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

  2. All Firearms are shipped to FFL dealers ONLY. NO exception to this.

  3. We will not begin processing your order until Payment and your FFL information have both been received.

  4. We ship all firearms by UPS Ground, but occasionally we may use a different shipping provider. In those cases, we reserve the right to use the shipping provider of our choise. It’s typically UPS or FEDEX for FFL items and USPS for non-FFL items.

  5. NO shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands).

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. NO refunds unless approved. If you have an issue, send us a message and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Please inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location prior to completing the 4473 form. If you complete and sign the 4473 form, the firearm is now considered yours.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged If you are denied through your NICS check, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the firearm back to us.

Product Availability

  • If payment has not been received within 72 hours purchase, your order will be canceled and the items relisted.

  • Products are also for sale locally. If the item sells before we update our listing.  we will notify you immediately of the cancellation and work with you to get a replacement of the same item.
